Coole Bevis Marks International Women’s Day

Today is International Women’s Day and to commemorate this important date, we would like to take time to applaud the successes of women in the legal profession and celebrate the achievements of our own talented female colleagues.

Coole Bevis is committed to ensuring equality in the workplace – 80% of our employees identify as female. We actively encourage women to our firm by offering flexible and part-time working hours, with 45% of our employees working on this basis.

In addition, over half of our Partners are women and so far this year, we have welcomed six professional ladies who are beginning or continuing their law careers with us.

Anna Davis and Lauren Waller completed their training contracts with us in January, qualifying as Solicitors within our Residential Leasehold Law and Court of Protection departments. Zak Zing Janet Im started her training contract in January, Lucy Brouwer joined the Residential Property department as a Solicitor in March and Olivia Marles and Lauren Fay joined as Paralegals in February to support our Court of Protection and Private Client teams.

We would like to take this opportunity to celebrate all our women in law!
