Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Hove, Horsham, or Worthing

We are excited to be growing our Residential Property team and are on the lookout for a Residential Property solicitor to join us in either our Hove, Horsham, or Worthing offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, will be highly IT literate and able to provide excellent client care. Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

Location: Any Office Location (Worthing, Hove, Brighton or Horsham) including remote / hybrid working

We are delighted to be growing our thriving Leasehold Enfranchisement and Block Management Department with opportunities for two new roles. The first is a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with a proven track record working for both freehold landlords and leaseholders. The successful candidate will ideally have 3-10 years PQE experience and will be able to demonstrate their track record with a client following and or/ reliable referral sources or avenues for developing this work. Leasehold Disputes Litigation Solicitor

Location: Any Office Location (Worthing, Hove, Brighton or Horsham) including remote / hybrid working

We are also looking for a Leasehold disputes litigation specialist to join our Leasehold Enfranchisement and Block Management department. The successful candidate will have 5 – 10 years PQE experience in leasehold disputes litigation and will be able to operate as a dedicated expert in this area. A client following or proven referral sources is required and will ideally be a full-time role. Residential Property Legal Secretary / Assistant

Location: Hove, Worthing or Horsham

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and professional legal assistant to join our Residential Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal or client-focused administrative role and an understanding of GDPR and AML compliance.

Court of Protection Specialist

Location: Worthing

We are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to operate as a specialist in our Court of Protection team based in our Worthing office. Dealing solely with property and financial affairs, the ideal candidate will be able to manage complex caseloads from start to completion with an empathetic nature and a passion for this area of law.
