Are you looking for a role with opportunity to grow and progress? We are seeking a private client legal assistant/paralegal to join our small, busy and friendly team . You will be assisting fee earners in the management of caseloads in areas including Wills and Trusts, Estates, Estate Administration and Powers of Attorney. Court of Protection Specialist

Location: Worthing

We are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to operate as a specialist in our Court of Protection team based in our Worthing office. Dealing solely with property and financial affairs, the ideal candidate will be able to manage complex caseloads from start to completion with an empathetic nature and a passion for this area of law.
