Coole Bevis LLP have expanded their expert Family Team with the appointment of Michelle Shephard who joins as a Solicitor. Michelle will be based in the Brighton and Worthing offices.
Michelle has extensive experience of advising on Family related matters, having practiced Family law for 25 years in both Sussex and London legal firms, most recently at Wannops LLP and Bate & Albon.
Michelle is a member of Resolution and is also an experienced advocate, frequently representing clients in Court.
She provides advice and representation in all areas of Family Law including Divorce, Contested Financial Remedy, Consent Orders, Separation Agreements, Private Law Children, Injunction Proceedings and Cohabitee Disputes.
