We’re delighted to announce the promotions of Teresa Pender-Stratford, Robert Hutchins and Joanna Parks.
Teresa Pender-Stratford has been promoted to Head the COP Department. Teresa joined the COP team in 2016, became an Associate in 2022 and progressed to Salaried Partner last year. This latest promotion recognises the leadership responsibilities that Teresa has taken on as part of her new role.
Robert was promoted to Senior Associate during April 2024 and has now further progressed his career with a promotion to Partner. This progression represents the growth that Robert has demonstrated over the past 12 months in several areas including his technical knowledge and commercial awareness that has enabled him to handle large and complex client matters effectively. He has also shown a commitment to developing and mentoring others and contributed to the wider management responsibilities of the firm.
Joanna has been promoted to Associate Solicitor. Joanna joined the firm in September 2022 as a Private Client Solicitor and this promotion recognises her proven ability to improve legal, technical and core skills and her good financial practices delivering a profitable service in a timely and professional manner.
