Tim is a practising Consultant Solicitor and specialises in advising on Company and Commercial Real Estate matters.

Tim has practised as a Solicitor in Sussex for over 25 years and has extensive experience of advising SMEs and joint ventures on company/commercial and property related transactions.

Tim’s experience includes advising on:

• Sale or purchase of company shares or assets
• Drafting and reviewing commercial documents including, a company’s constitution, shareholders’ agreements and option agreements
• Granting and taking of commercial leases, whether for industrial or retail use where Tim has considerable experience.
• Transfer of commercial property, either as part of a business sale/purchase or as a stand-alone transaction.

He also acts for lenders in taking security over company or individual assets.

• Director and trustee of Whoopsadaisy, a Brighton-based charity which specialises in helping children, especially those with cerebral palsy to lead independent lives
• A previous director and trustee of Sussex Cancer Fund based at the Sussex County Hospital, supporting the families of those affected by cancer.
• One of the first lawyers to obtain the Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in passing its Arbitration for Lawyers course.
