Tanya is a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate department and advises on a range of commercial property matters.

Tanya completed her training with a Brighton law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, before joining Coole Bevis LLP in 2023.

Tanya mainly works for small to medium sized businesses and deals with a variety of matters including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Portfolio and asset management
• Landlord and Tenant
• Property financing and refinancing
• Due diligence in relation to corporate transactions
