Suzanne is an Associate FCILEX in the Residential Property department and is based in the Horsham office.

Suzanne qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives whilst working for a local law firm. She has over 30 years’ experience of advising on Residential Property transactions and has worked for a number of Sussex based law firms.

Suzanne advises on:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions.
