Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2001 with a large regional practice where she practised commercial property for 13 years before joining Coole Bevis in 2012.
Nicola acts for individuals, companies and charities, and has a portfolio of repeat clients. She deals with a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals of retail, office and industrial premises, as individual units or investment portfolios. She acts for both landlords and tenants on commercial leasehold transactions.
