Liz is an Associate member of CILEx in the Residential Property department and is based in the Horsham office.

Liz joined Coole Bevis in 2020 from a regional law firm. She has extensive experience in advising individuals on residential property matters, particularly in relation to:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Buy to let investments
• Auctions
• Help to Buy ISAs

Liz prides herself on maintaining excellent working relationships with local estate agents and financial advisers, who are key to the house buying and selling process.
