Laura is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Commercial Real Estate department and deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions.

Laura has worked in the property industry for over 15 years. She gained experience of working in the prime central London market before joining Coole Bevis in 2015 when she relocated to Brighton.

Laura deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including:

• Landlord and Tenant work
• Development work
• Secured lending and refinance work (acting for both borrowers and lenders)
• Disposals and acquisitions
• Property due diligence in relation to corporate
