Kelly is a Partner and heads up the Dispute Resolution department. Kelly specialises in resolving commercial disputes, as well as contentious trust and probate matters.

Kelly joined Coole Bevis in January 2022 as Head of Dispute Resolution, having spent over 15 years at DMH Stallard LLP. Kelly is also the firm’s Training Principal, with responsibility for our trainee solicitors.

Kelly acts for a diverse range of clients across both the private and public sectors, including, SME’s, professional service firms, education providers, local authorities and individuals.

She provides advice and assistance on a wide range of commercial and other disputes, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Negligence, including professional negligence
• Defamation
• Procurement disputes
• Trust and probate disputes.

Whatever the type of dispute, Kelly’s focus is on providing commercial and pragmatic solutions for her clients. Kelly is highly experienced in resolving disputes through mediation and other forms of ADR, as well as through Court proceedings.
