Jessica is a Solicitor in the Residential Property department and is based at the Hove office.

Jessica completed her training contract with a local Brighton law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023, before joining Coole Bevis in 2026.

Jessica advises clients on a range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

Jessica is committed to providing high-quality care throughout the conveyancing process and treats each transaction with the diligence she would expect for her own property matters. She prides herself on being approachable whilst professional, balancing high legal standards with clear communication. By ensuring her clients always know what is going on, she helps them feel supported and in control from instruction to completion.
