Jenny is a Partner/LLP Member and head of the Private Client department, specialising in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

With over 35 years of experience in private client law, Jenny provides tailored legal advice to individuals and families, guiding them through complex estate matters with clarity and care. She has developed strong relationships with local accountants and financial advisors, ensuring a collaborative approach to estate and succession planning.

Jenny is known for her compassionate and client-focused approach, helping individuals plan for the future while navigating the legal and practical aspects of estate administration. She takes pride in building long-term relationships with her clients, often assisting multiple generations of the same family.

Jenny is also on the Panel of Deputies maintained by the Court of Protection and as such acts as Deputy for property and financial affairs for a large number of clients.

  • Qualified as a solicitor in 1996 having prior to that been a qualified legal executive and has specialised in private client law for over three decades.
  • Listed on the Panel of Deputies maintained by the Court of Protection (Jenny has been on the Panel since its inception)
  • A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), demonstrating expertise in estate and succession planning.
  • Recognised in the Legal 500 Directory for her expertise in private client law.
  • Plays an integral role in the firm’s Private Client department, ensuring the highest standards of legal service.
  • Accredited Lifetime Lawyer (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly), which recognises expertise in supporting older and vulnerable people.
