Jeff is a Partner/LLP Member and head of the Commercial Real Estate department. He has specialist experience of acting for clients in the automotive sector.

Jeff qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and joined Coole Bevis in 2017.

Jeff’s clients range from individuals with commercial property investment properties based locally to a range of larger clients who operate on both a regional and national level. His portfolio of clients includes companies which operate numerous car dealerships across the country and he has experience in acting on matters involving multiple car dealerships.

He advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Property due diligence in relation to corporate transactions
• Commercial leases
• Property portfolio management
• Development work

Jeff also has particular experience of acting for clients who operate national distribution/trade counter businesses and who have a range of leasehold and freehold properties in numerous locations.
