Jake joined the firm as a Paralegal within the Corporate and Commercial department in January 2024.

Jake assists the Corporate and Commercial department with a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals in the private company sector, group re-organisations, and business sales and purchases.

Jake previously worked as a Commercial Property Paralegal within a reputable law firm located in Sussex.

• Part qualified Forensic Accountant under the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
• University of Portsmouth – MSc within Forensic Accounting (awarded Distinction/First Class Honours)
• University of Portsmouth – BA Hons within Politics and International Relations (awarded First Class Honours)
