Georgina is the Human Resources Director and part of the firm’s administration team.

Georgina qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and gained relevant experience across private practice, not for profit and the public sector. She has full and active membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD.)

Georgina joined Coole Bevis in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the full and broad range of Human Resources activity to support and enable our people to perform at their best so the firm can deliver great service to clients.

Her areas of specialism include:

• Recruitment and selection
• Training and development
• Reward and recognition
• High performance.

She is also a member of Coole Bevis’s Executive Committee and oversees the operational running of the practice.

• Achieved “Student of the Year” whilst qualifying with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
• Associate member of the CIPD.
• Experience with significant, complex and high-profile organisational change and organisational development projects.
