Geoff is a non-practising Consultant in the Company and Commercial Department at Coole Bevis LLP.

Formerly a sole practitioner specialising in company mergers and acquisitions and business sales, Geoff now provides consultancy services to the Company and Commercial Department, primarily liaising with the Head of Department, Chris Clifton-Moore.

Accreditations and achievements 

• Held the position of in-house lawyer for the first IT Company listed on AIM and since then has acted for many companies and individuals with their business interests.
