Emily is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department. She assists with a wide range of transactions and supports solicitors in the sales, purchases and leasing of commercial properties.

Emily liaises with a range of clients including property investors, landlords, tenants and developers. Emily supports her colleagues by reviewing and drafting documents and managing Land Registry applications. Emily also deals with post completion formalities such as stamp duty submissions and registration of transactions.

Accreditations and achievements 

• Achieved a first class RICS accredited degree in Property Development in 2022, which provided her with a strong foundation of knowledge in law and the commercial property market, as well as the variety of professionals in the property industry.
