Elise is a Solicitor in the Residential Property department and is based at the Hove office.

Elise completed her training with a Brighton law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024, before joining Coole Bevis in 2026.

Elise is a Solicitor in the Residential Property team, advising clients on a range of property transactions, including:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

She understands that property transactions can often feel complex and stressful, and she prides herself on ensuring her clients feel fully supported, informed, and confident at every stage of the process. By combining a practical, solution-focused approach with clear communication, Elise works efficiently to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
