Anna is a Solicitor in the Leasehold and Block Management department.

Anna joined Coole Bevis as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified into the Leasehold and Block Management Department following the successful completion of her training contract.

Anna’s clients include freehold landlords (both freehold investors and leaseholder-owned companies), management companies, RTM companies and managing agents. Anna also acts for leaseholders.

Anna has a particular expertise in leasehold disputes including: 

• Ground rent, service charge and administration charge recovery;
• Breaches of covenant (e.g. unauthorised alterations or subletting);
• Forfeiture of residential leases.

Anna also specialises in:

• Statutory lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993;
• Non-statutory replacement leases, deeds of variation and deeds of covenant;
• Licences for alterations;
• General advice on residential leasehold and block management law including the construction and interpretation of lease terms, statutory provisions and/or regulations.

• Graduated from University of Brighton with a First Class Honours LLB Law with Business degree
