Residential Property Legal Secretary / Assistant

Location: Hove, Worthing or Horsham

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and professional legal assistant to join our Residential Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal or client-focused administrative role and an understanding of GDPR and AML compliance.

Head of Marketing

Location: Worthing, Hove, Brighton or Horsham

A brand new part-time, flexible role (up to an equivalent of 3 days) working alongside our Marketing Manager to lead and drive forward the firm’s overall marketing strategy at an exciting time for the firm with a relaunched new brand identity. As the Head of Marketing, you will ensure growth and imbedding of our new brand, optimise client engagement, and enhance opportunities for revenue generation. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with specialist experience in social media and in particular, digital marketing strategies. Employment Solicitor / Senior Solicitor

Location: Worthing, Hove, Brighton or Horsham

This is a unique opportunity to operate as a sole employment practitioner for the firm within a wider supportive Litigation Team. You will manage a diverse range of employment matters and work particularly closely and collaboratively with our Corporate Commercial colleagues. The successful candidate will successfully advance matters by providing precise legal guidance from inception through to hearing and post hearing requirements. A minimum of 5 years PQE is sought. This could be either a flexible part-time role or a fulltime opportunity with a following. We are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to operate as a specialist in our Court of Protection team based in our Worthing office. Dealing solely with property and financial affairs, the ideal candidate will be able to manage complex caseloads from start to completion with an empathetic nature and a passion for this area of law.
