Paula is the Business Development Manager at Coole Bevis and is responsible for implementing and managing the marketing and business development activities undertaken by the firm and its people.

Paula is a Marketing & Business Development professional with over 17 years’ experience of working within Professional Services sector, for both the Legal and Accountancy sectors.

Prior to joining Coole Bevis in 2021, Paula worked in the Marketing team for a regional Law Firm and was the Business Development Manager at a global accountancy and business advisory firm.

She is responsible for managing the firm’s marketing, business development and client care initiatives and specialises in:

• Developing and implementing the Marketing & Business Development strategy to support business growth
• Planning and organising firm events
• Project management of key initiatives such as Legal Directory submissions
• Managing client care initiatives eg client satisfaction reviews
• Supporting the firm’s PR activities

Paula has worked in Sussex throughout her career and during this time has built up a strong network of contacts within the local business community.
