Nigel is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department, with a focus on Employment Law and Property Disputes.

Nigel qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and has extensive experience as a Litigation practitioner. During his career he has worked exclusively in Sussex and ran his own practice for several years.

His clients include blue chip companies in the automotive, technology and property sectors, local SMEs and owner managed businesses, as well as property management and investment businesses.

Nigel provides employment advice, both contentious and non-contentious, to businesses and individuals, as well as employment support to the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team in connection with business transfers.

He also advises on a range of commercial and residential property dispute related matters including possession claims, termination of leases, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations and breaches of covenants.
