Liane is an Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department and advises on a range of commercial and contractual disputes.

Liane joined Coole Bevis in 2024. Following her qualification as a Solicitor in 2010 she gained a wealth of experience at local regional firms.

Liane is highly experienced in dealing with a wide variety of commercial disputes and is committed to achieving the best possible solution for her clients, whether that is by pursuing fully contested court proceedings or negotiating a settlement.

Liane’s practice has included contractual disputes, high value debt recovery, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, company disputes and defamation claims.  She is comfortable acting for a diverse range of clients from individuals and SMEs to major national and international organisations.
